Policies

Camperships:  Campership decisions will be made by May 5, 2009 and you will be notified by email after that date of the amount being offered/granted.

Rebates:  Rebate cheques will be issued in September.  Full fees are due by May 31.  (A rebate is a portion of the monies you paid, returned to you).

Cancellations: Any cancellations after May 31 are non-refundable without a doctor's certificate.

Behaviour:  SLMC staff are not trained or equipped to deal with chronic behavioural distruptions.  Should a child display such behaviour (s)he may be sent home.  Fees are not refundable in these circumstances.

Smoking:  SLMC has a no smoking policy that applies to all campers.  Any campers caught doing so will be sent home without a refund.
